This beautiful property offers heated floors, cathedral ceilings and superb panoramic views of the Chocolat, Midi and Grives mountains. With a south orientation, you can enjoy the mountain from almost every room in the house.

The main level offers a large open kitchen, dining room and living room with wood burning fireplace. The left wing houses 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and bathroom.
The garden level includes its own living room, three closed bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a pool table and a foosball table.
The mezzanine includes a work desk, a table tennis table and a poker table.
Located just 2 minutes from the ski resort (accessible on foot) and 5 minutes from the Massif du Sud Regional Park (hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, fat bike). 4 Regional Par passes are included with the rental.
Snowmobile and ATV trails are accessible from the chalet. Possibility of mountain bike rental. Contact us for more information.
The chalet is accessed by a smart lock allowing you to check in at any time. You can reach us at any time if you have any questions and/or concerns as we will always be available.

4) Large entrance with storage and clothes dryers on site
5) Wood fireplace (wood is provided)
6) 4 accesses to the Massif du Sud regional park for our customers (outdoor enthusiasts, snowshoeing, hiking).
